Asphalt Milling

Asphalt milling is a process of cold planning existing bituminous asphalt. Decker Construction Company has a machine capable of milling 13" deep and 4' wide in a single pass. This milling machine is versatile enough to do pavement repairs on light-duty parking lots, long trenches for utility installations (which eliminates the need for a saw cut), and full width milling of arterial streets. We are able to load out the millings via a conveyor or leave them in place. The process of leaving the millings in place is particularly useful in maintaining pedestrian or vehicular traffic until the time of excavation. Decker Construction Company offers full service milling including traffic control, trucking off-site, and complete clean up of milling debris.
